@thegodofpop1 It burns a retarded amount of fat if you have the right diet. I found out about this workout two weeks ago and have been doing everything you see in this video (-5 reps or so per exercise) and have lost seven pounds. My muscles are getting larger, legs trimming down, love handles are diminishing and every part of my body is getting firm. It’s a real fun workout.

@israelico20 jaja lo mismo tngo yo compa.. hago ejercicio de a madre, y nomas estoy bn marcado, pero no tngo nada de volumen, toma proteinas y creatina… te ayudara un poco, pero ve primero a un entrenador de un gimnasio y que el te diga que tomar y que dieta hacer para ganar peso…

of course it is what does the most changes but its no number when in comes to people, none is alike.

And of course people, eat well….Routines are shit without changing your diet. Diet is 80% of your results.
