@dhale750 basic information that people pretty much intuitively know-excercise to biuld muscles, eat healthy to lose fat. excercise can help you lose weight, but theres only so much that a high heartbeat rate and metabolism can get you.

they do it because they are misinformed! let me make this clear YOU CANT TARGET FAT LOSS ON A SPECIFIC AREA OF YOUR BODY!! This is called spot reduction and its a myth! If you want abs, you need to lose fat ALLOVER your body as a whole! Progresing in weight on things like front squats, weighted mountian climbers, rows form a plank posititon ARE gonna build your abs larger! So caloric deficit, cardio, unstable movements= 6 pack! am i right Scoot?

Well, I gotta do crunches because I can’t do any lounges when I’m obese at the moment.
What a!!! he is talking about NOT!! to do crunch all the time if you want to loose stomach fat. Do some other traning that burn fat and. This is the best tip ALWAYS eat a good meal in the morning and eat smaller in the day DO NOT eat someting heavy. Like egg or bacon or cockies or someting like that in the evening. ALWAYS eat that you can burn down in training and you WILL have a body that everyone will have. But remember this take time up to a year to get a tune body!!

It’s true – to get rid of the fat, you need to do CV – BUT, you need to tone that body, that stomach doing your crunches etc.. ALso, gaining muscle will help to burn more fat in a CV workout – you must do both: CV and muscle training!!!!!!! Keep it up with a good balanced (inc goood carbs) healthy eating and you will feel and look great.
