I started doing this exercise for the last two weeks and dramatic results for my upper abdominal area of my stomach. My stomach is going in and it is noticed by many people. Thanks mate for the upload!
u said 3 times a week…wat if i do it everyday? is it ok?…cos i need faster results n wat do u reccomend for gettin rid of lower belly pouch from havin a baby?
@SwitchBladeII I had a same problem, but after few day doing this exercise, now i am good. i can do it. i think you should do more.
after the second rep I start having a sharp lower back pain when going back into the rest position. Any suggestions?
Dr Tim will these exercises help loose weight as well or are these only for shaping and toning the muscles. I have a big bulging tummy and need to loose weight. Your advice would be very appreciated
willing to try anything to get rid of my belly flab. This seems intense. maybe watching more vids before I do anything rash. I need to start more slowly I think…ha!

I really have a gut but, I am not overweight. It started happening after I stopped doing dancing hip-hop teams. So, I really need a flat stomach. Soon I’m starting swimming lessons cuz I loveee water! And, I really need some regular exercise now. If your doing some sport you love to do that you don’t find hard to do but, Is a workout go for it!

I’m liking this Dr. Tim dude. He makes working out seem a lot less horrible by putting some humor into it. Sometimes that’s what people need. I hope this also works, from the feedback I’d say people find it working.
im have never had any sort of packs definition on my stomach but after 3 weeks of doing this routine i started seeing a difference after a month i had 2 packs a month and a half i have a complete four pack. thanks for this helpful tip

This routine puts alot of pressure on neck and shoulders. Don’t do it, you will seriously pull muscles or worse.
