@Mrszshaysee I think that everything will come naturally – just incorporate more cardio in your daily workout such as jogging swimming or cycling, eat 5 small meal and your weight will come down naturally. I think if you should lose more than 5kg – weight you have now is also in the scope of ‘normal’… start with cardio and also start doing abdominal workout – if you are a complete beginner 100 repetitions will do (have 5 different exercises, each 20 repetitions)

Hey im agirl 13 i weigh 62kg and im 165cm tall.
Do you think i should loose weight before i start doing my ab workout?

These are great, but none of these will work if you do not do any cardio.
