i think they should remove all the fat then remove the exess skin with a tummy tuck and then work out on your abs.
ooow and those dudes in the magazines alot of them use steroids to grow faster, they cheat. so just do what you want to that makes you feel better. if u want to loose weight work uot just run and it will help, i lost 34 kg in a year. just running and skiping meals. but it was worth it.

people die from this. They are tearing out webs of veins and capularies and clots can occur. Also every thing in your body id meshed to everything else. When they remove the fat your skin is no longer attached to your ab wall.

Dude you are lazy…..diet and work will do it. Then if there is some fat that resists you can get removed. Rediculous.

I think looking well defined and “hard bodied” isn’t necessarily a bad thing, unless you end up letting it dominate your life, your self esteem and you self image.

Too many people spend their entire life obsessed with their outward image and matching or exceeding what our society has WRONGLY set as standard for what is beautiful.
