@iskizzibubu they shouldn’t but some will, probably the best advice i can give (that i personaly use) is when doing the crunch exercise, focus on one part o f the roof and dont look away from that spot, you should be lifting your uper body not curling it over, plus it adds to the resistance

You can get 6 pack abs just by doing hanging leg raises on the doorway pull up bar. Check out my abs, i never do crunches or any other ab exercises.
