I’m 18 years old, my height is 5’10 and I weight 130-140 pounds, will this exercise get me 6 pac abs within 1-2 months? If I do this exercise 3 times a day and have rest in between the weeks?

Also, I was wondering if you have really effective tricep and bicep exercises without having to go to the gym and using any dumb bells etc?

Thanks mate

mornings are good before you eat if you want to seriusly burn fat, beacouse the body will be forced to use the fat tissue for energi. But when you just starting up you would do best to do the workouts when it feels good for you.
You should try to eat after you done the workout so that the body gets carbs to rebouild the muscles…

SoFuckingBoredd March 31, 2010 at 3:40 pm

@Jsalcedo23 you do 3 circuits

SoFuckingBoredd March 31, 2010 at 4:34 pm

@below2cent it’s not a good idea to eat before a workout

moricestreet909 March 31, 2010 at 4:58 pm

@Jsalcedo23 3 times should be good

moricestreet909 March 31, 2010 at 5:03 pm

@below2cent If you pop to my website you will see I wrote a article about all of this. But it really doesnt matter whne you do it as long as you work out properly so that your muscles can grow. Try not to eat within 1 hour before or after your wokrouts but do have a protien shake so that your mucles get the nutrients to grow! good luck!

@muscleworship52 Start slow. Do things you enjoy doing and that doesnt cuase you any pain. Just get back into action. Once you have been back training for a few weeks start doing light weights for all your body parts, like a circuit. This will provide you with a strong foundation to then start doing more intense workout if you feel like it in a few months. If you just want to feel a bit fitter and lose some weight, just continue with any cardio you like and the circuits. Enjoy!

I liked your video, but what about me? 59y/o, 6’2″, 200lbs with a pouch, a tight lower back and shoulders and I haven’t exercised on any regular basis since last June. I like doing cardo and I enjoy swimming… the new gym down the street is opening this week and I have joined – ready to get started! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! TC

@madis342 That is becuase doing JUST six pack abs workout wont give you six pack abs, but indeed like you say stronger and bigger abs. You need to eat correctly and also do full body weight training workouts ans some cardio if you like. Good luck!

moricestreet909 March 31, 2010 at 8:46 pm

@diego2050 Like I said it depends what you are doing, eating etc. You can lose as much weight as you like if you follow the right workouts and eating plans, just make sure you stay healthy!

moricestreet909 March 31, 2010 at 9:28 pm

@stozica12 No problem! Congrats on your results!

stozica12 March 31, 2010 at 10:01 pm

Thanks for all these workouts bro, im getting results quickly!

moricestreet909 March 31, 2010 at 10:35 pm

You want to do a few things. Get on a good eating plan, do full body workouts with weights and then also some cardio. Then you mix this wokrout in with all of that and you will get yourself back in shape quickly! Good luck!
