@jgq85 If those numbers are correct, then its not the excess fat thats the problem. The problem is you don’t have well developed abs, you need to work them out harder, they are just like any other muscle on your body.

I’m sorry. All respect to American and that. But these abs are not the greatest no? Totally lacking lower abs and hardly toned or accentuated…. Just a thought.
@jgq85 The only way you are going to see those abs see to clean up that diet.
Eat Clean..that means, DO NOT pollute your body with processed foods, packaged foods; take out like McDonald’s, junk food, soda/pop, alcohol and frozen microwave meals.
Question:
I’m 5’7″ at 131lbs, 6.9 % body fat.
I can’t see my abs without flexing.
Do I need to burn more body fat to see my abs, or can I just do more advanced ab workouts to grow the muscle to become more visible?

Hey Shao,
Try not to come down to far, keep the tension on your lower abs by lowering just past half way and perform you reps nice and slow.
Also put both hands directly above your head, while doing this exercise and it will make it more challenging – Hope that helps

Lose the music, but the techniques are perfect. Those are the moves you have to do in order to get those defined abs, but I would ad some twisting in order to get definition down the center.
