@KUrussian yes but you have to work at it i was 157 at 14 and now im 125 and fit after 2 months twice a day for 2 months at first it is hard but start at like 20 sec each and work your way up like 5 sec a day or even 2.5 so gl nd dont give up!

@KUrussian It will work, but I doubt that it’s healthy, you’re still developing at a fairly rapid pace and it’s not good to take on something this strenuous when you’re hitting the age that most usually go through puberty.
