I allowed this comment because it is ridiculous- Why don’t you take some advice- train hard and get yourself together- see what you can achieve and disseminate material that helps people. I drink water only- funny you ask – I had a Gatordade today for the first time in years- a friend suggested I should get better hydrated- electrolytes- I actually may do this as a routine- once per day. Vic

Vic, you talked about what to eat and such outside of your workout but i was wondering, during your workout do you drink anything special? Gatorade, powerade, vitamin water? Or do you just drink regular water? Thanks, your videos are a big help

Hey Vic, you mentioned in your DVD that you do cardio before your workout. If I’m trying to lose a bit of belly fat, should i do cardio earlier on in the day? Or will walking for 20 minutes at an incline do the job?

For me _ this isn’t slow- it is a good pace. I rest about a minute to 1 and 1/2 minutes between sets.
