@Abdulmalik773 u need protein to build muscle but theres no need for whey shakes or the like. u shall eat a lot of meat (best is lean chicken), fish(perhaps tuna), eggs(example: 5 eggs with only 2 egg yolks, because of fat), nuts(not to many, mabye a handful), soya products (like tofu), milk products, beans, maybe quark if u know what it is..and yeah about 1,5 – 2 gramm per kilogramm of your bodyweight

iav got the top abs but iam trying to get the next row everyone ses there the hardest abs to get iav been doing a workout for a week and they have got harder but do you now how to make them its the main thing i need to do

Hi Adrian Bryant, I have this one big concern. You see, in about 4 week ish I’m going to the beach with family, and boy am I a mess. I am a little overweight with about 176 pounds minimum, and can I still get abs doing this 3 times a week, and will this let me get thinner too? Please help me, and thank you.

Thanks for this! and I give you mad props for actually telling the truth about this giving you abs, but not being able to see them unless you burn off the belly fat. So many people tell you that strength training will give you a fab body, but they don’t tell you that in order to see the results you have to lose the fat on top of them. All in the name of money. Blurg.
