@Briancrz I don’t have personal experience but people say Valeo AW10 10-Pound Adjustable Ankle / Wrist Weights are okay… the complaints are they are not good for wrists… anyway, some complain that when you adjust the weight (put the weights out) – ti is virtually impossible to put it back… anyway – I think that for $20 it is a good deal…

where can i buy these ankle weights? I have some crappy BellFit ankle weights that kinda of help, But i would like to use a more trust worthy brand, any suggestions?

@cantstoptherain23 start with 2-3 pounds, when this weight seems easy, add more… up to 10 pounds for example. I wouldn’t exaggerate because the exercise itself (without weight) can be quite stressful for the back.

besides exercise nutrition is an essential part of getting six pack abs… eat more proteins if you want to have them.
