@MrTemoeri i understand you and i have many friends that cant do this.. but for them, all it takes is to run or walk daily then they can get in formidable shape to do at least a little of this workout..u dont have to be in shape like this guy or be able to complete the whole workout.. u just need to try… and also i said in my other comment if someone really cant do this then this isnt the video for them

Guys i’ve searched that these exercise’s are very good and safe for burn fat and ofcourse muscle building as these exercises are being recommended in most site’s so that you brandon cool video. The bad fact yes they are hard for newbies

u have to build op easy then get harder and faster each day/week becuz if somone gonna do what u do with a weight of idk 90 to 120 kilo they gonna get expleamly pain at the legs and back beleaf me i have seen that btw what u did with jumping use a rope or something its much much easyer
