Hey. I’m 13. I’m 1.59 cm tall and 47kgs. i’ve got a little belly fat and would really like to lose that shit. how often do you suggest I do this to see results??
I have takin what I saw here last night and worked it into my routine and I have to say I felt great after doing this I will definately keep this in my routine every morning and night! Thanks a ton!

hi there,,,I work out 4-5 days a week, im 104 pounds and i wanted to get sculpted so i started doing more circuit training with weights..my upper thighs stick out and its so hard to tone , im noticing that they arent thinning..a friend said i needed more cardio but i though the circuit training was giving me enough cardio..so will your routine 1-2 times a week for 30 min help??? i need advice

I must ask you something, I jump the rope good but i only jump on my toes, and my ankle is hurting. I can’t see if you are jumping on your whole foot or on your toes? can you tell me?

hey man thanks for this video. i was doing 30 mins on a treadmill without even breaking sweat. i did your routine and was gasping for air after 10 mins, im sure i’ll lose weight doing this workout.
