She looks wonderful….but it’s misleading. To look like that requires lots & lots of hard work & sweat.. over many months & a super clean diet. Not merely lifting a baby for a few reps. Please.
But congrats to her on her achievement.

I’m tired of women being so insecure that they don’t share the real secret to getting in shape. This workout is not what this women did to get that body! Give me a break!
uofawildcat48 is right-you can’t get that kind of a body with this workout and by not eating CLEAN!!!!
