The key to healthy exercise is getting your heart rate up. I find that just watching her exercise does the trick. My heart rate, amongst other things, is up. So, why all the fuss and bother, the sweat and toil?? I just let her do the work and I am more healthy than ever before. *_)

Good video. You seem like you really work hard during your workouts, thets why I subscribed. I think I read that you are a personal trainer. what would you recommend for someone who wants to get into personal training?

oh god…. i was doing these, but when coming up i would kick my leg back at the same time that i raise the dumbbell up. feels soooo nice, but boy does it make you sore the next couple of days!
