help!!! ive been doing alot of weight lifting and eating to become bigger. it worked great but im left with a muffin top that i want to kill. would this be the best way ?

i’m gonna come out and say it.i’m ten,but i weigh 145 lbs.how many times a day for how many days do i have to do it to lose atleast 30-20 lbs by the time school starts.cause i’m already a nerd and i don’t want to be a fat nerd.that will suck because i’m going from private school to public!
