yeah, peolple can get 6, 8 and even 10. Most of the time is a six pack, but you can get lower abs (below the six pack) and get 2 an 4 more abs. It also depends on genetics.
is it possible that you can have a 8 abs?
You do it for 30 seconds and you do as many as you can during in that time. Just read the workout structure to see how to do the full workout as well.

Hi there, you can do this 3 to 4 times per week and for 3 weeks, then switch the exercises around for best long term results.
This kind of workours are perfect for youngsters becuase we work in revving up your heart rate and toning up but not using heavy weights. So yes , this is a great workout for you but also try and do one of two of my six pack abs workouts to sculpt your abs! Good luck!

what do the line jumps do?
Yes we did, as that is how the workout works. You will do line jumps twice to rev up your heart rate. You could do any other on the spot cardio like high knees, jumping jacks etc.
