@cupocity303 no i was fat and i did abs everyday run like 1 a week im fine now

cupocity303 March 15, 2010 at 11:08 pm

This works along with jogging regularly every day.

But just this won’t work, unless you’re skinny already.

LiLsNiP3 March 15, 2010 at 11:18 pm

Does this shit even work? im not so impressed since the guy doing it looked pretty fat….

It really depends how much flab you have there. But cardio excercises include running, rowing machines, cross trainers, etc etc.

That combined with exercises from this video should over time get your abs showing, providing your diet is right.

Hanging leg raises on the doorway pull up bar works upper and lower abs to the max. Check out my abs.. no other ab exercises needed.

@dodeaap11 How on earth are push ups going to help your abs.. LOL

FalseShadowx March 16, 2010 at 5:20 am

Why do you keep posting this? Maybe no one cares about your abs?

Hey how long till I c results?? I’m tryin to get into shape..as of now I run two miles a day nd I’ve been doin this twice evry other day fr the past three days. Obviously I’m not gunna c results fr awile but is it unrealistic to think tht imma have a six pack by summer if I continues this routine nd wat evr extra workouts my baseball coaches have me do

SmitsIsGod March 16, 2010 at 6:19 am

No you shouldt do it that many times a day.

You should do it once a week or once every so many days. Your abs get so much work anyway with holding your body up, the key is to get rid of the fat around them so that means more cardio.

ElisaRenee2323 March 16, 2010 at 7:10 am

I really wanna loose weight.
I’ma jogg a mile for warm up then do this.

ElisaRenee2323 March 16, 2010 at 7:17 am

Do it everyday but you don’t
necessarly have to do it 3 times a day.

ttunited9 March 16, 2010 at 8:04 am
