I love hardcore training the most! Im serious y all! If you want to build op your power, HARDCORE is the way!. In 2 months I build my benchpress performecnes from 50KG to 80KG!!! Thanks to hardcore training.

the tire flip, rope swinging, and the to sled things are not as hard as they look… im not saying they are easy either

@Diatonic135 Look up full contact twists, The one hes doing has a little different form but im betting its based around the same principle. Imo a full contact twist is the best core workout you can do. :)

I recently got a dragging sled and its the BEST piece of equipment i now own. Such a good workout.
