Hi great vid really like it. Just have a question I work on my abs everyday and have a 1 day rest a week. I was told recently by someone at my gym that its not good to workout my abs everyday because I could get a hernia if that’s how you spell it lol is this true? I work out on my abs everyday because I want that full ripped look is working though still not that satisfied. I was also told it has a lot to do with diet could you please tell me what the abs diet consists of?
@senthe10033 i am so glad you already feel the benefits. performing sets really depends on your current fitness level, your goals and whether or not you have any physical limitations. But basically, start out with 3 sets several times a week and build up from there. please remember, it is always best to get clearance from your physician. keep me updated. be well. alycia

@jesskkkk well you have to eat very well and do cardio in addition to performing specific body part exercises. put them all together and you will have what you want. ideally your intensity should change as time goes by…start with 2 sets of each and work yourself up to 4-5. hope that helps.be well. alycia

so if i did what u did about 6 times a week, do you think it would get them amazing abs showing
,and how many sets should i do of them like should i do 10 of everything 3 times or just the once or something

I just found out that I’ve been doing crunches wrong this whole time! I would always release the tension in my abs after each crunch, i never kept it tight through the whole set! I can really feel the burn now, thank you!!
