how much weight shoudl u use for this exercise ?
@XINIX100 – you can start to use weights if you want. You are still a bit young but light weights with lots of reps. I would not do heavy weights for another year or so. To get a six pack you will have to eat right and do some aerobics to burn off the fat. Have a look at the nutrition and fat burn videos on bazblog for ideas. Baz
well i am a 15 years old,as some ppl say yung people shouldn’t train until they start to stop growing?? O.o
and if i can get a six pack i need a good plan out for every day e.g do 15 push ups or pull ups a day. tanx

Hey Baz, First thanks for your videos, they’ve helped me out alot. Second ive been working on lowering my body fat % and its going pretty well so far but im wondering, is there a certain exercise that i can do to work off that lower back fat quicker or do i just keep doing what im doing? (which is mostly martial arts training and jogging)

@eminemjewait – I think you should have a look at the nutrition video on bazblog to get some more ideas on when and how to eat better. That will help a great deal. I will send you some aerobic exercise you should do to help burn off excess fat.

I got only a 2pack cause I got 2 much belly fat. I’m eating healthy and do intensive work 40 hours in the week + another 12 hours in the week working. In the evening I train but I really see less results in a long period. I’m doing like 5 different exercises for my six-pack.. What can I do to see more effect?

@ultimatelink67 when your working out make sure you concentrate in contracting your lower abs. its hard at first but practice gets rid of it. then it because easer as you get into that routine, then when you do. Switch to something else so you can confuse your abs.that will make the trick. trust me.
