hey im 12 years old and i used to have a good shaped 6 pack, ate lots played a game called world of warcraft now im starting to get abit over weight to what im normally used off ive lost my 6 pack completely want to get it back again so in a few weeks ill comment back see if i have it back. Thanks
@etherman84 it would help if you eat healthy diets that means no junk food , weight lifting , running by pushing your self to the limit if you feel like you need to quit push your self even further than what you can. that gives you the strength to do a bunch of shit.
@korkm ..do 20 each.. u can stop if u want.. do ur abs show? or do they barely do. it depends how much body fat you have.
