I am a 30ish woman and i and looking for a workout routine.?

I want to use the nautilus machines, treadmill, bike, stair-climbers..etc.
I need some sort of organized routine .

Don’t forget resistance training too! I’d recommend using a personal trainer to at least get you started. Good ones are worth the cost.
