low carb diets, skip the fructose sugars too. Will tighten you right up….try doing some cardio with sprinting exercises to increase metabolism and burn extra fat

you use weights to build muscles, you want abs small and tight, stop using weights, you’re making them bigger..

you have the same problem as the other 99.9% of the worlds population. you need to clean up your diet, eat more low GI high fiber carbs during the day and eat protein and veggies only at night. you should be doing high intensity cardio for 60 minutes 4-6x a week to increase the resting metabolic rate. consume no less calories than your BMR requires and eat every 3 hours up until you go to bed.

its good you realize that you have to lose fat to see your six pack and know crunches wont help.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours – it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Great question! A lot of really great answers here. The best answers that I seen so far are from the two Top Contributors. I would combine the two answers together and go with that. That’s what I’m going to do. Thanks for asking such a great question!
