@asskigdrive dont listen to theyardieman, they gave no real advice at all. If you have broad hips as a result of your bone structure then that can’t be fixed, but fat, then its quite possible to get your v-shape body. Look up excersises that will workout your obliques to help get rid of fat on your hips and then various pull-ups and other exercises for lats and deltoids to form the upper portion of the “v” shape.

I have been working out since I was 11, and now I am 13, and let me tell you, working out pays off. You are stronger, have more stamina, etcetera. And to say so myself, I really don’t think you should be posting comments on how hard this is because when I was 11, this shit was 20x harder.
@ndragonil Haha, so did i when i was 14, i’ve been workin’ out for over a year now mate so im 15 and i’ve got better stamina and everything, just keep on doing this often, soon enough you’ll be able to do all the exercises
