Lee Hayward Upper Body Circuit Routine Part 2

by Workout Fiend on September 4, 2010

www.leehaywardmuscle.com http This is an upper body circuit routine that Vince DelMonte and myself did last week while working out in Vegas. The entire workout video was too long to post up in a single clip so I had to break it down into 2 parts. The second part here is my workout; I did cable crossovers for the chest, face pull rows for the back, cable side lateral raises for the delts, low pulley cable bicep curls, reverse grip tricep push downs, and finished up with some overhead leg raises for the abs. yea…i understand what you mean. its probably the bulk up phase…

gwatson101 September 4, 2010 at 7:53 pm

A lot of time the gut has nothing to do with steroids lol. A lot of bodybuilders and I was one of them dont disposed of waste often enough. Shit enough. It has to do with the diet. And the shit is laying around in the intestines. Time to get a colonic hydrotherapy
lol Or he is in a old school bulking phase.

twentydollarbill20 September 4, 2010 at 8:15 pm

that guy(the guy with the black and gray shirt) is strong and buff…but he is kinda fat though….ither its a steroids belly, or a beer belly…lol

champagneredneck September 4, 2010 at 9:13 pm

Thanks for the help guys. Do you happen to have anything for developing legs?

PalesAbuShreek September 4, 2010 at 10:02 pm

i’ve been doing this workout for 2 months and i had much much more results(in strength and mass) than the normal split, by the way i do this workout 3 days a week with changing the order of the exercises evey day.
