Looking for mom and women’s quick in-home workout or exercise routines, videos – interwoven with housework?

Would be nice to have a good list of quick home exercises and workouts for women and/or moms to do, interspersed with other routine home/household activities like cleaning, picking up, etc..

I bought a cross trainer and its worked wonders.x i can go on it any time i want and i’m losing weight fast.

Totally fab videos and info over at “SqueezeItIn.com” (http://www.squeezeitin.com) – doing exercises while vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen, just doing normal housework stuff…nice progressive site too! Makes my day go faster, plus lose a few calories while working…

Hey, it’s great to see that you want to start working out.

Some great exercises to start out at home are, squats, light weighted deadlifts (for example holding a large book), push-ups, plyometrics and skipping rope. These are all great body weighted or light-weighted exercises. They will increase your strength and range of motion.

There are numerous exercises which you can do at home. They can either be done with body weight or resistance bands. To have a better understanding of what you need, you will have to tell me what your goals are.

Are you trying to lose significant amount of weight, or just trying to tone up?

I run an online personal training program, and i am sure i can create a great routine for you. The program will also include i diet plan which is a great way to enhance your health level.
