Just so that noone gets their hopes up: this exercise will strengthen your obliques but will not cause you to lose your love handles. For that you will have to do a lot of cardio, lose the fat so your obliques will show.

In this video i did i used the pillar of my house and a towel.
You could do something similar just instead of chin ups…bring your legs up while hanging.
