if your trying to say that doing ab exersizes loses body fat on your abdominal area you are totally wrong. all this will do is create more muscle. there is NO such thing as spot fat removal! even when you run your body decides which part of the body your fat comes off of.

@dreamaboi242 mate all you need to do is eat plenty of red met after exercise with some salad, And then just dont eat shit like crisps chocolate fast food.

hey, great vids i watched quite a few of them. i want to get a stronger fitter body all around including six pack pecks big arms etc etc. i was wondering what would be the best work out plan for me to work all of them at relatively the same time. i was thinking do all ab work outs one day. chest/arm work outs the next and just alternate every other day while running/biking every day. how does that sound? how long do u think itd take to show results im 13%body fat or so. thanks for the help!

@Hamouaz At your age I willd just continue what you doing now, stay fit, do the body weight exercises workouts I have and eat a little more! That shoudl help you get some shape ! Good luck!

hey i was wonder since abs is mostly about diet i was wondering if you can post something on a good diet to go by if that’s ok…i’ve been doing some of these ab workout and there great seen results in no time keep up with the vidz they are major help (Y)

hey ,i’am 15 years old , but i’m tall , i’ve 1.82 cm and that make me looks kinda thin
i always do the pushups and the pullups , but that doesn’t change a lot , what can i do to get awesome body lol or great form ( the V form) , and thanks

@Pokemonguy16RS Nope, this is a workout to build your side ups and get a strong core in the same way you will build your ram or any other muscles. So even if you don’t have fat there you can still make it part of your workout program
