@U26041985 You need a strong back, that is why it hurts when you do it. Either you have back problems or your back isn’t strong enough. You gotta work the back out to do these type of exercises

hey guys i’ve got a question…: if i got 5 excersises ever 12 repeats and 3 sets. should i do every 3 sets of an excercise and then the next excercise or makes it no difference i i first set of every excercise and then the second ect…
