@Eddie2446 I know, to get buff you have to train, eat good and sleep but i just cant stand when people make jokes about stuff like this

Mcwolfkiller August 26, 2010 at 1:06 am

@xkilla805x lol you’re the fucking moron supplement gives you about 10% boost for your muscles and that’s only if your diet isn’t piece of crap… and than he tells that supplements doesn’t work he means majority of them don’t. There’s only 3 type’s of supplements that makes any difference excluding drugs.

Eddie2446 August 26, 2010 at 1:15 am

enough with the talk everbody knows what to do just do it and eat good not pizza not sugar but eggs rice lean meat protein powder and fish oils and multi vitamin and to hell with all othe bull unless your bulking up then take some creatine after your workouts and that’s all unless you want to do druds and become an idiot…

Eddie2446 August 26, 2010 at 1:48 am

@hutton12345 you have to eat sleep and dream of body building or it will never happen for you everybody knows it’s 100% everything eating sleeping and working to get buff to be good you got to DO not talk I hate talk all that is is wated air give it all you have and you will see results and get an i-pod you’ll need it so you won’t be disturbed in your quest…

hutton12345 August 26, 2010 at 3:29 am

@Eddie dud u r such a dick that guy is trying to help , and studies show that chocolate milk is good for you after you work out, oh and btw now you made me want captain crunch

Djhotdog August 26, 2010 at 4:11 am

@Smoman17 i just wanted to say that ur wrong saying normal milk alone is enough as a Post-wo carb source, and extremely wrong saying oatmeal as a alternative. Oatmeal is excellent for pre-wo, but definitely not post. The minute the glucose from the choc milk enters your body after a w/o, it will immediately become glycogen. If you take more than enough then it will turned to fat.

Smoman17 August 26, 2010 at 4:39 am

@Djhotdog
Your argumentation makes sense but just if you would consider sucrose as not fast enough too. Sucrose has a glycemic index of 61, oat has one of 58.
If you are looking for a lean muscle gain it does’n hurt to take “medium” fast sugars in front of the background to keep a steady level of insulin. These 10-20 minutes that it takes longer to absorb oat carbs than glucose from chocolate milk won’t hinder your muscle to grow in an amount that it’s worth to argue about it.

Djhotdog August 26, 2010 at 5:07 am

@Smoman17 milk contains lactose, which is SLOWER than sucrose. Oatmeal is a slow-digesting carb, which contains shit loads of fibre which slows down digestion even more, which is pretty fucking stupid to take at post-workout. Your body is hungry for carbs after a workout and you need fast carbs e.g. maltodextrine or dextrose.

braydon06 August 26, 2010 at 5:34 am

fag

Smoman17 August 26, 2010 at 5:54 am

Fucking refined sugar from chocolate milk won’t give you anything in gaining muscle! It’ll make you fat and sick, buddy. Try oat, the old and milion times reconfirmed best source of carbs! There will be enough “fast” sugar in normalk skim milk for a post workout shake
