I agree that you need to eat correctly and that Cardio is not the answer. However in order to build the “blocks” you need to treat your abs like any other muscle if you want it to grow. Abs respond to super intense weight low reps and lighter weight high reps.. Its best to switch it up from workout to workout.
I consider myself an ABS expert based on my own results.
