True,but if you have big abs you won’t need to do as much cardio to make them appear,partly because they are big so they will obviously appear more but also because more muscle mass heightens your metabolism.

it dosent matter how big youre abs are if you dont do cardio, you wont se youre abs.

Are these exercises designed for increasing maximum lung size? They seem like they would benefit someone desiring a higher max vo2, especially free divers.
