!!!SIX PACK ABS!!! How to muscle gain and lose fat FAST!!! Pt 2 (Brandon Carter)

by Workout Fiend on July 11, 2010

Go to BuildMuscleBurnFat.info myFREE workout plan Build Muscle and Burn Fat FAST AS HELL! Keys to getting a six pack: You can have the greatest, most muscular set of abs in the world, but if they are blanketed by a layer of body fat, who cares. In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. You cannot spot-reduce the midsection by doing extra ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. You first must burn off the body fat through proper cardio to properly define the area. Abdominal training by itself will not do much. Cardio needs to be intense enough to do the trick. Three to four sessions a week of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well. Nothing beats jogging or running. It is the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path. It definitely is easier on the body. Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat that covers your abs. Proper Nutrition: Do not sabotage your results in the gym by giving yourself a passport to pig out. Ridding the body of fat once and for all is accomplished by proper nutrition more so than

Great fitness body, too Carter.

YoungCutthroat July 11, 2010 at 5:39 pm

@Anderson7843
I saw that. But I’m talking about a lot of these videos in general. Seeing him mention it is the reason I brought up how other people selling programs very rarely mention diet. I was actually giving him props for doing it. Brandon isn’t selling some “Ab-Cutter X” program that promises to get you ripped in 72 hours. In the description, he tells it like it is…unlike a lot of other exercise “gurus.”

95TurboSol July 11, 2010 at 6:45 pm

Great videos! But get ripped in two weeks? I like the positive attitude but you know better than that, Brandon!

voicefulmarlin July 11, 2010 at 7:25 pm

RexClay12 July 11, 2010 at 7:35 pm

how long does it take abs to normaly start to become defined

irepbmore July 11, 2010 at 8:08 pm

hey man, you should do some videos on a meal plan

Anderson7843 July 11, 2010 at 8:42 pm

@YoungCutthroat He explains all of what you just said in the description.

YoungCutthroat July 11, 2010 at 9:13 pm

I don’t mean to be negative, but I think that a lot of these videos are purposely excluding DIET. You can do thousands of ab exercises a day and you won’t get cut unless your diet allows is right. I’m sure Brandon has a diet plan that he follows. Diet is 85% of it, exercise is %15. I think these guys purposely omit the diet part to sell their programs because they know most people want to believe that hard exericise alone will get them the results and aren’t gonna wanna diet.
