keep it up vince. pretty interesting. these comment nerds are useless. i made an account to say that. they clearly have nothin better to do. i duno if ull reply i duno how old this is, but what about startin 10 reps then 8 then 7 and so on, just going up in weight until you can only do 1 rep? wat is that good for? i dont know that much about it all tho. cheers

@kdkfilms08 That peak on the top of your bicep comes from turning your wrist counter-clockwise. In other words, turn your pinky towards your head. I hope that made sense. Without any weight, just look at your bicep while you turn your fist towards you, and away from you to see how it responds.

WHAT DO U THINK ABOUT PROTEIN?
I started doing the last workout a few days ago, but I had to take a brake because I over extended my arms (strightened them to far), so they hurt a lot right now lol.
So in all these intense vids, is there any Yoga? It’s good to be strong and flexible! So I’ve learned with P09X. Love hitting the weights, but Yoga is icing on the cake!

upper body pull ups,dips,push ups tummy crunchs you be set one more thing you do push ups inners and outers and with the pull up bar just do wides and innys the innys you can do a few ways your forarms faced away or faced in takes time dont kill ur selfs folks being dedicated is all you need the will to WANT MORE PAIN RAWR!! only hurts if you are a noob after a while the pain is not bad at all have fun peace
