I go to the gym and use the treadmill for 45 min then I come home and do 35 min of Pilates but I think I’m doing too much.
To stay slim and in shape, what is your weekly workout routine (for women)?

my weekly routine is 4 Min’s of sprints ,10 squats ,20 Min’s of aerobics and some stretches i do that monday to tuesday then i rest on wednesday then over and over again . and drink water and eat fruits during the breaks you take
I bike for 45 min a day, 3 days a week, and lift weights 4 or 5 times a week, 30 minutes a day
But I think it’s too much because my knees hurt and I can’t gain any weight (and I’m trying) and my ribs are showing up and I’m hungry all day :s
6 out of 7 days in a week, i workout. My workout usually consists of jump-roping for 5-10 min. it is said that 10 minutes of jump-roping is equivalent to 60 minutes of running. afterwards, i do leg stretches and crunches. I do a lot of stomach exercises to maintain my abs. then i do gymnastics. good luck
