If you are only eating nutrient-packed foods (which includes a good amount of healthy fats from nuts, etc.), you will be able to eat quite a bit of them daily & still barely meet the caloric requirements of your body. Just exercise with light/moderate resistance & higher reps, cut out almost all processed sugars, & limit your carb intake as much a possible to what you get from eating things like vegetables, fruits, beans & such.

@gumball208 do strength training quite the cardio start eating like you normally would at first your wanna gain weight because right now you have a slow metabolism do to low calories and starving yourself. you will gain about 10 lb and then from there you will begin to lose weight rapidly. when you starve yourself the brains tells the body oh no there is a famine lets hold the fat and lets start to burn the muscle since the muscle burns more calories than fat. quite the sugars also and milk.

i am 15 years old and weigh 220 pounds, and i am 6 foot 4 inch. i am a big kid. lol but i have been working out for 6 months now and have been dieting for about 2. and i think i have lost 1 pound in that time. i have even tried starving myself. wtf am i doing wrong lol I am starting to want to give up. i know it doesnt happen over night but god damn 6 months and 1 pound. something is not working here. can someone plz help me.

for some reason metabolic typing seems logic however its more of a business. he says that people are getting fat because they are eating too many calories. duh and to do opposite will make u lose it. just eat a balanced diet and exercise we already have shit loads to think about in our lives.

@pizzaman408 You need to listen to the audio properly – don’t get caught up with counting how many meals you have each day. You can lose weight by not eating at all – it’s not healthy, though. The aim is to eat the correct types of food for your specific genetics and your body composition will take care of itself.

this is ridiculously insane.!!u should consume less calories in order to lose. Weight… Or follow the average calories per day that our body needed.. What the heck is this man talking about.. This only works if u exercise.. But how about people who are busy and no time in going to the gym this sucks!!

Eat, cornflakes in the moring. and Vegetables in the evening NO eating late, Go workout in the gym, NO SWEETS! no candy, NO HIGH CALORIES!! You have to read the calories

Start lifting heavy weights in full body movements. Squat, deadlift, military press, pullups, dips, cleans, etc. Put on muscle and you will start burning more calories, period. Walking is GREAT for health and circulation, but it doesn’t burn enough calories for significant fat loss. If you don’t have access to weights, start doing bodyweight exercises every day. Even if you can’t do much now, work on it and you’ll change your body.

You have to give your body a reason to burn the fat.
