@Chino25846 with that mentality, you would need a degree to read and learn on your own and from your own experience. no offense, but a degree doesn’t make you a “professional” or “expert” ..its what you know that does. Nor do you need one to come up with your own theories.
…Also, avoid eating to the point of getting full. that expands the stomach every time. eat until youre satisfied, not full, theres a difference. dont expect quick results, or return to eating libberwort.. once you get into the habit of eating what you need rather than what your tongue wants (and getting off your ass often) you will see youre life improve in all areas.. i recommend reading Never Be Sick Again by Raymond Francis. you’ll see what i mean when you read it. HERE’S THE REAL SECRET TO LOOSING WEIGHT:
Eat more fiber, and less sugars. Drink water often, and move around at least for more time than it takes you to sit and eat every meal; In other words, walk at least 3 hours a week. it will help GREATLY to stop eating junk food (or libberwort) and soda pop. Meat is optional, preferably organic but less is best, as it is more work to digest. Don’t fool yourself with counting calories.. that is bull-sack. seriously, just avoid eating shit you dont need
@lebronjames2323 you would have to run a few hours to burn 500 cal on a treadmill, about 2or3 hours.

Sorry people, but he’s right. You might get more OPTIMAL results from eating “clean”, but at the end of the day, it’s a nonsensical concept.
@jamesbizs As I said previously, if you use up 2500 calories and eat 2000 calories of crap, you will lose weight. It’s interesting to see that there is somebody who thinks they can actually defy thermodynamics.
@airplaneking Doesn’t work that way, period. You can fill up your body with 2000 calories worth of crap. 2000 calories worth of the same exact food. 2000 calories worth of milk shakes. It’s NOT about calories. PERIOD.

This man is not a doctor. He is not even knowledgable in nutritional topics. If you eat less calories than you consume, you wil lose weight. Period.

the caffeine in tea can make you dehydrated, and can also reduce absorption of some minerals/vitamins in your body
