What workout routine would be best for a 45 yo woman?

I am a 18 yo male, I work out 6 days per week. 1 hour jogging, 30 minutes swimming, a set of push-ups,set-ups, pull-ups and weight lifting.
My problem is that I want to help my mother to lose weight . But I don’t know any routine that can help her and I really don’t think my routine is suitable for her. So does anyone knows any routine that can help her?

Note: She has heart problems she must not get very tired, she’s 110 Kg (242 pounds), and she’s 162 cm tall (5.4 feet). She cannot do any push-ups because she gets dizzy when she bends.
She’s Very depressed because of her shape and I really want to help her.. (Sorry for my English.)

You could talk to a doctor to see what they think, especially because of her heart problems–it might be dangerous for her to do certain things. I would suggest seeing if your local gym has any fitness classes, because many are low impact and could be enjoyable for her. Good luck!
