Simple run could be good… Maybe 1/2-1 Mile not everyday if you wanna gain muscle.
100 Sit-ups or crunches
50 Push-Ups
30 Body Squats
Do Some Curls on your dumbbells 4 sets of 8 reps
Do some Planks Where you hold your self up with your forearms in a push-up like position on your tummy
Bench Press with you dumbells one in each hand and lay on your back and push up with them. 4 sets of 10 Reps

And anything else you can look up on youtube.
Some simple steps of eating Healthy foods and foods enriched with protein also.

Best of Luck, Eric

How To Run 10's April 27, 2010 at 10:11 am

Im in the same boat my friend except i don’t have any weights. Let me tell you the first thing to do is find out how many calories you consume? Lets say its 2300 lets lose 500 atleast so your at 1800 a day then walk maybe 1 mile a day until you can do more. I can do 5 but i don’t know how much is burned in each mile but. Do pushups everyday, try 10 first if you can do more go for it. in the morning or at night. And you must stick to a plan whatever it is. Stick to it at all costs. Be diligent I am 16 and used to have a hard time with friends i get everything done in the morning so even if they call to bad im working out.

answer mine if you have any information

This is what i do and im only a few years older than you..

(The times will depend on what you do in the day so you’ll have to work around it if you have school or work etc.)

Wake up at about 8 am
Go for a 4 mile run
Come home and eat a good breakfast
Do some sport for a few hours swimming is particularily helpful i find
Then at lunchtime eat plenty of carbs, pasta, bread, potatoes etc..
Do a good workout session for an hour and listen to some music to get you motivated aswell.
I suggest you use the dumbells the way you want to use them depending on your bodys structure so for example if you have a small skinny chest then your better off finding a bench to use the dumbells on if your arms need bulking up then use the dumbells standing up preferably and for your legs you could do squats and also then go for another run if neccesary.
Then have another high carb tea at around 7 or 8 pm (dont worry about having the same meal twice beggers cant be choosers when it comes to bulking up but make sure you eat soo much that you feel full) then start to wind down with some push ups and press ups before bed.

And your sorted, thats what i do and it seems to work for me, hope that helps! :)
