@budeve are you eating right? The excercises will not work if you are not eating well, I did it for about a week and a half and I noticed a big difference.

Im trying to lose about 10 pounds .. i do this video and number one every night .. Do you thin it will work ? How long before i start noticing … ive been doing it for about 2 1/2 weeks now , and i see no difference .. :(

before any of this workout you should at least do running or cycling for half an hour because while you running or cycling your fat start burn after around 15 to 20 minutes later so do that first and by the time you finish your running or cycling do stretch then try these abs workout I’m sure you will get good result but control with your food to:-)

i dont think its dangerous to do them everyday, but you will just feel quite sore, but im desperate to loose my belly before august, so im with you on doing them everyday! :)

this wont do anything for you. this is for when you just want to tone up your abs and im not sure how much this will even do that. you cannot just lose belly fat, your body burns it from all over the place, so you need to create a calorie deficit through diet and exercise. find out how many calories you need and eat up to 500 calories/day less than that, while still making sure you get sufficient nutrients. strenght train/cardio on off days. you will be better off than just doing this.

I’m doing this for a month already and it’s working, i gave up meet and pork, I only eat salmon, tilapia, chicken, and vegetables, is not hard, i also geve cup coffe and bread, only tea sweeten with honey, trust me it works i see the diference already, my salads only with vinagrete dressin, no ranch
