I’m not overweight, infact all of my friends tell me I’m quite skinny but I just don’t want to end up being overweight when I get older. I’m 14, so I can’t really drive anywhere. I need some exercise plans that you can do at home. Any ideas? Or any health care tips?? Anything at all? lol.

I recommend you to go often swimming and diving.
