So, we have a Total Gym in the garage that’s basically gathering up dust. I am going to be making room for it in a spare bedroom.
I would like some help setting up a routine where I can alternate different upper body muscle groups each day, but still be able to hit all the groups every week.
I have a job with regular business hours during the weekdays, so I may have to structure this in the evening time.
