Anyone know or can recomend any cardio workout routines?

im pretty athletic and summer has come along and i want some challenging routines i can use 4-6 days a week..

anything creative or different

i have access to weights also

thanks anything will help

dance,walk,swim,kickboxing,…they all help

Running
Elliptical
Cross Trainer
Biking
Jumping-sounds stupid but a repetitive bunny hop that the power is coming from the ankle while pumping your arms
Stair climber
Jumping jacks
Cardio blocks

try to run
and increse ur distince each day
put some ankle weights if u also want a good leg workout
