Don’t stress over your weight. You’re only 13! Just do some sports, nut you dun need a workout routine
sit ups and push ups
Eat more veggies (cooked or raw) and walk. Use the weights when you walk.
Fruits, vegetables, sugar free candy, and all the food groups that are good is the first step. Then, if you have the money, enroll in a martial arts academy or at a gym. Then, just start working out.
try to set a goal. say “i wanna be like that person by…” then before you eat you’ll feel the disappointment that you would feel on your goals due date.
Go out and go running. best exercise there is. And when you feel like you’re going to drop, run harder. Do this everyday and you’ll not only look better, but you’ll feel better.
As for eating, I was told to put a picture of someone skinny on the fridge, but I live with family and didn’t want to broadcast that i was on a diet. So you just have to be a conscious eater.
Just think, the only thing stopping me is myself. Keep track of calories, so you can get an accurate idea of what you have to eat each day, and how much. I would recommend fitday.com. Good luck, and don’t give up!
eat balanced meals.
dont eat too much fatty foods…
run on treadmills..
or go ride your bike around the neighborhood.. thats great excercise.
you can always do crunches sit ups and pushups, but that wont help you lose weight..
so find something that you would love to do..
like dancing.. and use that as your workout.
dancing is also a great workout..
sorry im kinda tired.. so this answer probably sounds choppy.
but just find ways to excerise.
and maybe youll enjoy it.
best cardio: running biking dancing
hope i helped!
make sure to get alot of cardio activity to lose weight!
drink water!
and eat balanced meals!
start off your day with a big glass or two of water.
eat breakfast when you normally would.
drink at least 2 glasses of water.
eat lunch, healthy food only.
have more water.
eat a small, healthy dinner.
drink more water.
don’t drink soda.
don’t eat candy.
don’t eat junk food.
eat lots of:
fruits
veggies
only snack on fruits, veggies, and LOTS of water. it’ll make you less hungry, plus it’ll help your system, especially if you’ll be working out.
as for working out, try going for a jog. even if it’s a very slow walk-jog, as long as you’ve got a good hop in your step, you’re burning a lot more calories and doing a lot more work than just walking.
in addition to running, go on an hour long walk around your neighborhood or through town, or get your friends to go with you. bring an ipod and make it fun. :]
remember to:
keep eating, but mostly drinking
forgive yourself if you binge, but try not to. :]
stick to it! this is a new lifestyle, not just a diet. it’ll keep you healthy and fit!
most workouts will just build muscle instead of actually losing weight. you should take up swimming and or jogging. my friend who was super fat lost way over 100 pounds because he just decided to ride his bike every day. if you don’t like jogging, find something you like to do where you exercise and have fun like tennis or ultimate frisbee or something. tennis is great because you only need one person to play or you could even hit off a wall
I do this 5 sets twice a day and i lost 5 pounds in one week! and when you work out you wont want to eat junk!

I’m fourteen years old, and i’m 5’2 and i weigh 143, so i know what you’re going through, dear.
I have a terrible problem with sticking to things as well, and i have some horrible eating habits too. But if you’re really dedicated to being more fit, ask your mom to work out an appointment with a dietician.
And for the at home excercises, if you read seventeen magazine, they have some excellent excercises in those i always use now and aagain. Just go to http://www.seventeen.com/health-sex-fitness/special/body-peace-nplp-0508 and see if that’s what you want to do.
GOOD LUCK,
Run and be active. A heart rate meter would be helpful but since that would cost some money, then good ol’ pulse checking should be fine.
Try to keep your heart rate up for a prolonged period of time (10 minutes a day or every other day should be fine). 120 beats per minute seems to be just right for weight maintenance. To check your heart rate, just count your pulse for ten seconds and times the amount by 6. A brisk walk outside or on a treadmill will probably bring you to that zone of heart rate.
Also, drink lots of water and cut soda out of your diet (cold turkey or slowly drop your consumption). You’ll lose weight slowly but surely, just stick with it! Good luck!

The jogging plan on the link is made for people who don’t normally jog. Try that plan out and stick with it, the biggest hurdle for weight loss in general is just straight up perseverance.
well my daily workout is jump around to some music!it’s fun and helps burn wait! just jump around and do crazy things !!also run in place and do some situps and kicks you may get tired but keep going your burning weight!! drink like water or milk as your doing it mostly milk…myself i do this 3times a week for atlest 1hour and 40 min
avoid sugar products and calorie products such as soft drinks also white breads and highly processed foods. try some fruits and have a daily basic exercise. its discipline you know. maybe you can play badminton if you want.
I’m your age and I’m an inch shorter and I weight about the same… Hehe I’m tryin to lose weight too
Um…. I heard jumping rope is great (Does a jump rope count as equipment?), and if you have stairs you can run up and down, that’s good too.
I just went on google and found this, which has a bunch of stuff on it
