I’m definitely not fat or anything but I could use some toning up, especially around my tummy. What is the best way to tone up my body overall? And what is the best diet for that? I’d appreciate if you can add a whole workout routine. I’m a woman by the way. Thanks! : ] All help would be greatly appreciated.

work up to doing 20-30 mins of cardio 3x a week (or join a sport)
do 15 mins abs of youtube 3 times a week
set it in your planner and do it.
Or better still join the gym I want to but i dont wanna pay for it im going to do gym next holidays, cause thats the only time ive got the time.
Circuit Training my dear
1 set Push Up
1 set Squat
1 set Pull Up
1 set Crunch
1 set Lunge
15 reps each, and REPEAT once.
Twice or thrice a week is okay. Convenient as no equipment is needed (Pull Ups can be done by hanging to an open door).
Drinks lots of water, eat lots of veggies and fruits, have quality sleep of 8 hours each night.

outrigger paddling…. if there is an option. It’s fun and at the sametime your upper body strength will increase with all the rotation and pulling. Then, bike on the off days for 1 – 2 hours at 70 -80% target heart rate. Of course, do add some strength training 3x / week. If it’s fun, you will stick with a program much longer.
