Abs are a good body part to work on because you can exercise them everyday in the gym (unlike pectorals which need rest).

For really quick RIPPED abs, you workouts will need to be pretty hard-going. It’s always good to start out on the ground with crunches of sorts. Yo can find many of these at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?MainMuscle=Abdominals.
However, the BEST workout I have found for abs is what my buddy and I call “Windshield Wipers.” Go to a pull-up bar. Like a pull-up, pull yourself up until your elbows are at about a 90 degree angle (give or take). Now put your knees together/thighs together. Now keeping the upper body still, twist the lower body – your feet will move like a pendulum. Do this fast and furious. It almost looks like you are trying to balance on a broomstick with your butt. This workout will cause enormous pains the first times, so take it a little easy at first. But you will get ripped quick! (Always do more than just one type of ab workout, too). Also, when doing reps, try not to count them. This can limit how many you do. Go until you can’t.

As for chest, there is no one thing. Your pectorals are composed of many muscle areas. Look here for great ideas: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?MainMuscle=Chest.

Remember though, you do not want to just work out chest or just work out abs. If you only workout chest, you’ll get hunch backed. A good rule of thumb is do 1 1/2 – 2 back workout for every chest workout (you don’t need to in the same day). You don’t want to look lumpy!

Ask your brother if you can join him at his workouts. Then you’ll be doing the same excercises and bonding a little. He’ll rub your face in it, but it will be worth it if you perfect your body.

Dont eat junk food, easy. you need to get down to 10% or less body fat & good diet is the best way to do it. Eat all you want but make it health food, a fad diet is no good. Have junk once a week as a treat. Take up jogging, this & the good food will help get rid of fat quicker.
Try bodyweight excercises, pushups, pullups, squats lunges etc. as many as you can do, ignore reps & sets. For your abs do crunches for upper abs, leg lifts for lower & the plank for your obliques & core strength
