i only have a barbell, what is the best routine to gain muscle. already do bench presses, but that’s it. Also what’s is a good technique for the lower body

SQUATZ
Hack squats are good for the quadriceps, and deadlifts are good for the lower back and hamstrings. If you have a way to get the bar onto your back, you can do squats and lunges.
Deadlifts require good form, so find a variation that works for you (in the link below).
there’s a ton of stuff. squats, military presses, deadlifts, bent rows, curls, cleans, snatches, thrusters, get-ups, skull crushers. look around.
