If I do this every day for a year how weight will I lose?
Sit ups-50
lift weights 5 pounds -20
jog 45 min.
Streaching- 30 min
walking to and from school
squat-15
jump rope-15 min.
push ups-25
practice cheers 1 hour
and tumbling 2 hours- 2 times a week.
13 minutes ago – 4 days left to answer.
I need to lose 20-30 pounds.
Can I do it on that?




Well yes, That certainly help you lose some weight for only a while tho because you need to be making sure you increase on the stuff you do. Try that routine for about two weeks and then try upping a little bit. Not necessarily in time but up your self on how many push up and sit up and things you already do. because if you don’t up your self on everything and increase what your doing your body will eventually get used to that routine and it wont allow you to lose any weight. Try doing your routine more than two days a week try three or four!
